Azan Way
Privacy policy
Azan Way does not collect personal data. The app has no account, shows no ads and does not track you. Your settings, saved cities and the prayers you mark as prayed stay on your device, and the developer does not receive any personal information about you.
This policy covers the Azan Way app for iPhone and iPad. It is provided by the developer of Azan Way, who you can reach at app@support.alymadeit.com.
Location and the compass
Location access is optional. If you allow it, the app reads your position only while you are using it, and uses it on your device to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. Your position is never sent to the developer, and the app keeps no record of places you have been.
If you prefer not to share your location, choose a city in the app's Settings. Prayer times and reminders then work the same way.
The Qibla compass reads your device's compass sensor. That reading is used on the device and is not stored.
What stays on your device
The app stores your choices on your device: the calculation method, the Asr madhhab, time adjustments, which reminders are on, the prayers you mark as prayed, and the cities you save, with their names and coordinates. iOS includes this data in your device backups, as it does for other apps. You can remove saved cities in Settings and clear a prayer mark by tapping the prayer again. Deleting the app deletes everything it stored.
Reminders are local notifications. The app schedules them on your device and no server is involved. It asks for notification permission only when you turn reminders on, and you can turn them off at any time, in the app or in iOS Settings.
Apple services
Apple is involved in two cases, and handles both under the Apple Privacy Policy.
To show the name of your city, the app sends your coordinates to Apple's geocoding service. When you search for a city, the text you type goes to the same service. Both need an internet connection.
If you have chosen in iOS Settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple may send the developer crash reports that do not identify you. You control this in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Your rights and contact
Because the developer does not receive personal data, nothing is stored about you that could be accessed, corrected or deleted. This is the same wherever you live, including the European Union. The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new effective date.

Informativa sulla privacy
Azan Way non raccoglie dati personali.
È fornita dallo sviluppatore di Azan Way, che puoi contattare all'indirizzo app@support.alymadeit.com.
Posizione e bussola
I tuoi diritti e contatti

تغطي هذه السياسة تطبيق Azan Way على iPhone وiPad، ويقدّمها مطوّر Azan Way، ويمكنك التواصل معه عبر app@support.alymadeit.com.
Apple
Apple.
